Marshal Dale Thomas focuses his practice on first party property insurance claims at Leon Attorneys. Mr. Thomas earned his Juris Doctor from Florida International University College of Law in Miami, Florida, in 2021. He also earned his Bachelor of Arts in Legal Studies from the University of West Florida in Pensacola, Florida, in 2018. He is admitted to practice in all Florida state courts.

Mr. Thomas began his career as a law clerk in 2019 handling first party property damage and personal injury protection (PIP) claims. After obtaining his license in 2021, Mr. Thomas continued handling first party property and PIP cases, while adding general contractual disputes and real estate transactions to his portfolio. In 2023, he began focusing his practice on first party property damage cases handling residential and commercial property claims. In 2024, Mr. Thomas joined Leon Attorneys to continue pursuing his passion of fighting for Florida homeowners to protect their rights while in dispute with their insurance companies.
